Having established Harbourwood Homes in 2015, we pride ourselves on the relationships and partnerships we have built in the communities and neighbourhoods we work in. Both Steve and Dean were raised on the Hampshire/Dorset borders and work closely with planners, land owners and partners on creating innovative and inviting projects.
Experienced Quality Builders
Having previously run successful independent plumbing and building businesses before partnering and launching Harbourwood Homes in 2015, Dean and Steve have the hands-on experience, skilled teams and industry knowledge that is required for new projects and builds.

Whether it is opening up a property owner's land opportunities or working with a potential buyer on the plans for their new home, we work together in partnership to ensure we make properties people love to live in.
